Angie Duncanson is the Bowie BIC 8(a) Center of Excellence (COE) Program Manager. Her professional background is in Economic Development, Small Business Consulting/Counseling and Business Development Training. Angie has worked in economic development since 2007 beginning as a Small Business Specialist with PGCEDC and as a Business Consultant/Instructor with SBDC. Angie has a bachelor’s degree in English and a master’s degree in public administration from Troy University in Troy, Alabama that she earned while working as the American Red Cross Station Manager with the US Navy in Sigonella, Sicily.
