During FY2013, 23 participating Small Business Reserve (SB)R agencies achieved 9.02% SBR utilization collectively. During the same period, SBR firms received a total of $281.6 million in payments compared to $218.6 million in FT2012, representing a 28% increase in one year. Maryland awarded @2.1 billion in prime and subcontracting awards to small minority and women-owned business in FY2014.
