Antoinette Smith

Antoinette Smith is the Membership Program Manager. She is responsible for recruitment and business counseling for the Bowie BIC. Ms. Smith is also a federal employee and the CEO of TE Productions and Hue Image the Salon.  Antoinette holds a bachelor’s degree in government contract management, and master’s degree in human resource management and information technology management from the University of Potomac in Washington, DC.
